Thanks to his rail-otaku boss, Toru has trains on his mind.

Unfortunately for poor Toru, he`s a latent esper. A mysterious ghost train - the X-Train - begins to run amok on the rail system of Tokyo, and it seems to be very interested in Toru. And under his control. Well, partially, anyhow... too bad Toru doesn`t quite realize it.

But there are others who do - others who realize that there could be a great deal of profit in developing weapons based on the psychokinetic power of Toru and the X-Train. Which is fine by Toru, so long as they can get this train off his back...
