been trying to track down comparisons between Takara's Batman and Hot Toy's version for quite a while now and have since found a superb write-up/review over at Michael Crawford's (including a Medicom Batman comparison) and to sweeten the deal, there's also a Takara Catwoman review = *schweet* all of which are unfortunately out of my financial reach, darnnit ... *sob*

the new GENX Core body from Takara (used for Batman Begins and the upcoming Kerberos Saga figures) is looking mighty limber and expressive so far, IMO. great for "superhero"-poses and kitbashes, innit? altho the shoes-for-feet's a tad annoying = hard to kitbash another figure, unless it has a suitable ball-joint, innit? - here's hoping they'll come with extra feets! LOLwhich reminds me of these

Takara's Batman is giving Hot Toy's-version a serious run for the money, no?a decent Christian Bale-headsculpt and a wicked uniform/batsuit = the harness is to die for, innit?
