a play imaginative visit (part one)
i wished i'd brought my camera when i popped by Play Imaginative's office yesterday (for a wee "chat" *heh*) - the toys on display were simply exceptional! (the show @ Galleria Foyer is gonna an eye-popper) and while i tried my very best to contain my fan-boy-excitement, i'd haveta say, you would literally have to see and hold the products up close (the images does not fully do them justice) to

play imaginative @ ttf 2007 and sdcc 2007

zugan finalists for mephist festa design contest
and so my Zugan designs didn't get chosen, but these top six entries picked by Play Imaginative X Touma for the Mephist Festa design competition [blogged] are positively rawking! with Jim Koch's pink mecha chosen for production, while Chuando, Delme, Mizuka, Satoshi Okano and Shin Tanaka's currently under consideration for production [via] ~ *congrats to everyone on the list!*final designs for

my mephist festa fiesta contest submission
this is my submission to the Vinyl Abuse X Play Imaginative's Mephist Festa Fiesta competition:and of coz what would i do but 1/6th-versions of them! *LOL*a little behind-the-scenes-action for y'all who are interested:the initial G.I.Joe-figure with glued-on horns, sprayed in basic white primer - it looked better this way, IMHO - becoz after i'd applied the hawt Fluorescent Pink-paint, the

mephist festa vinyl @ ttf and sdcc
Touma's figures (last featured here and here) are going to be released by Play Imaginative during the Taipei Toy Festival and SDCC. [via]both the far left and right figures are 5" tall, while the big guy in the middle is 7" and GID. there are 3 individual boxes for the figures, with a bigger box to contain all 3 ~ dunno about you guys, but ima disappointed with the end result - a tad too
