After graduation, Natsuki haven't seen or heard from Shizuru again. She started to wonder if Shizuru's words were true when she said,
"My love for you is always true, remember that Natsuki".
Natsuki suddenly got a call from Mai and she invited her to go shopping. Natsuki decided to call Shizuru as well and she was surprised when a guy answered the phone and said Shizuru was in the shower. Natsuki was troubled why there was a guy in her apartment but she was hurt when she saw Shizuru in a cafe and a guy gave her a small box (a ring, maybe?).
Natsuki walked home in the rain, hurting from what she saw and thought,
"No matter how much you love them, they will leave you someday. Mother.... Father...Duran...I don't want to go through this pain again Shizuru"
Okay, my description will stop here. This doujinshi is more than 80 pages long so I can't really summarize it the way I'm used to. All I can tell you is, Natsuki was jealous about that "certain guy" she saw Shizuru with. Shizuru made a bet with her mom and if she loses, she will agree to marry someone chosen for her. And Natsuki got herself a rival. A girl was also after Shizuru and Natsuki declared war against her and said,
"I won't let you lay a finger on her"
I won't say how the story ended but it's not as bad as you may think.
