my foie gras heaven

:: LIFE IN SINGAPORE / FOOD ::now, truthfully, i ain't a great "liver"-fan (except when stir-fried with ginger and beef; chinese style), much less "goose-liver" (altho i do parttake of the "dip/spread"-variety) ... and whenever i hear the word "foie gras" mentioned? tis sounds a tad hoity-toity (along with "caviar") to lil ol' simple "me" ... but i will gladly make an exception for Eclectic
